I’m personally on-site, working closely with my crews, monitoring progress, and keeping you informed about each roofing phase - especially if anything unexpected comes up.

3. I have inspected, repaired, and have installed hundreds of roofs.
   
   
4. I have seen the good, bad, and the ugly in the roofing industry regarding roofing maintenance, roofing repairs and new roof installations.
   
   
5. I have years of experience dealing with insurance companies on roof damage insurance claims.

2. After inspecting your roof, I will review any concerns with you, and email or text you a quick summary of all roofing concerns noted.

4. If you would like any estimates to take care of any roofing maintenance, repairs, or replacements, I will provide you with a roofing quote and/or a contract proposal.
   
   
5. If I'm unable to inspect your roof due to safety concerns, or if it has an un-walkable roofing material, I will let you know.
   
   
6. I always carry updated and current copies of my insurance policy for your peace of mind.
